Meal prices vary depending on subscription choice and retailer pricing. Most meals range between £6 and £8.

Do you rotate the menu each week?
Yes. We release a new weekly menu every week, including new meals, returning favourites and seasonal specials. This keeps things fresh and avoids eating the same meals repeatedly.
Are the meals fresh or frozen?
All STACK’D meals are delivered fresh, chilled and ready to eat or store.
You can keep them in the fridge or freeze them immediately on arrival.
For retail and gym partners, meals are typically sold frozen to maximise shelf life and eliminate waste.
How do I heat the meals?
Heating instructions are printed clearly on every sleeve.
Most meals heat in 3–5 minutes in the microwave.
They can also be oven heated if preferred.
How are the meals delivered?
Meals arrive fresh and chilled in insulated packaging.
You’ll receive a delivery window when your order is dispatched.
You can freeze meals immediately if you want to store them longer
How should I store the meals?
Fresh: Keep in the fridge and eat before the use-by date.
Frozen: Freeze on arrival and use within the time shown on the label.
Both options are safe, convenient and fully labelled for clarity.
Can I pause or change my subscription?
Yes. You can pause, edit or cancel your subscription any time before your next billing date.
You can also change your meal choices weekly based on the rotating menu.
Do the meals include ingredients and macros?
Yes — every STACK’D meal includes full ingredients, allergens and macro breakdowns on the packaging.
